They will review member ROI forms to authenticate members, ensuring they have a valid first name, last name, date of birth, ID address, and are listed in the CDB. They will also verify that a designated representative has been identified and that the form is signed and dated. They will also send forms to members through our FOS (Fulfillment Order System). This is taking the orders the nurses place in ICUE and placing that order in FOS and selecting the correct kit.. These are going to be the 2 main pieces of work to start, but they will be cross-trained on other same/similar pieces of work as they get more fluent with these pieces. Job Duties: â?¢ Send forms to members through our FOS system â?¢ Review forms to ensure members are authenticated â?¢ Ensure all requirements of documents are completed â?¢ Enter required information into clinical applications â?¢ Other responsibilities as needed â?¢ Keeping track of received data and source documents. â?¢ Compiling, sorting, interpreting, and verifying data to be entered. â?¢ Contacting preparers of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data. â?¢ Enters alphabetic, numeric data for source documents into a computer following the format displayed on the screen. â?¢ May review error reports and enter corrections into the computer. â?¢ File and route source documents after entry as appropriate. Respond to inquiries regarding entered data.
