We have a single room available for a third flatmate in a 3 bed 2 bath apt, (in house washer dryer) 2 blocks from JFK on Bleecker St at Terrace Avenue, Jersey city. The single room on offer is for $700 with a queen size mattress ($80 for sale) in addition to a wall - wardrobe and a tall shelf. Groceries, electricity, gas, internet would be split among three. We have a living room with three sofa, TV, Chromecast, dining table, washer-dryer, dining table, some gym equipment, a balcony and ample storage.
